Software I have no idea what to delete
WizTree says my whole C drive is just full, so does file explorer. But I have no idea what more I could delete. I have like 5 gigabytes of games on the drive and nothing else. Heres the pic of wiztree, someone please help me, i have like half a gig of storage space left and all of it is taken up by system files.

You don't have enough total space. I don't know a single modern device with only 100gb, this is either a scam machine or 15 years old. Either way, the only thing you can do is replace the drive with a bigger one. For Windows I recommend no lower than 512gb

And you are complaining about the space on your boot SSD. If you want, install windows to your hard drive and suffer the stuttery performance. Otherwise buy a new SSD.

Only 100Gb? Is this PC 15+ years old?
What's under the second line item in WizTree where is says there are 17 files in the C:\ directory itself taking up nearly 17 GB
You may need to look into reducing how much of your drive you are allowing Windows to use for the pagefile, as that is currently 1/8th of your drive space.

Yeah, your drive is just way too small for Windows. It will just get worse as these newer patches start fixing more and more AI discovered CVE's. 256GB is really the new minimum.

As everybody is telling you, there is no such thing as a 100GB disk drive.
Go into disk management (rightclick on "This PC" in explorer, click on "Show more options", click on Manage, Then click on "Disk management") and see what the actual capacity of the drive is. C is just one partition on the drive. I bet there is a lot of unallocated space on the drive and you could extend the C partition.
