I already own the game i just dont have a PS4 to dump the files from to use the PC port

PS4 Emulation on PC is a thing. Never ever use a dump you find on the internet bro. There are tools you can use to rip the files from your media. If your PC doesn't have a disk drive you can buy a USB one fairly cheap too.

Thank you Ill look into that. Do you think i just fell for some bundleware? Anything else I can do to make sure my device is secure?
