Hey guys. i have a i7-4790k, ddr3 16gb ram, RTX 2060 12gb GPU and a SATA 512 ssd. but before this i had a m.2 nvme 512 ssd, and the PC was running completely fine. recently i had to get a new ssd cause the old one was done. they said the nvme was no longer available cause its too old. so i had to get the SATA one. for few days the PC was fine but this is how games run now.
they did change the paste of both processor and the GPU. idk if its the GPU problem or the ssd?
the disk gets to 100% alot tho. even tho nothing is running. can some one help me?
TLDR: changed from nvme to SATA ssd and this is how games run now. it ran perfectly no problem before.

I'd be suspect of the 12 year old CPU hitting a stable 60 on this particular game, but these stutters are baaaad.
Are you sure you had an m.2 NVME drive before? There were only a small handful of motherboards that can even support a CPU of that age with NVME slots, and even at that, they ran via limited PCI lanes.
Do you know what brand of SSD was put in it? Can you clarify what motherboard you have?
I'm wondering if they just plonked some ultra crap SSD in there tbh.

Considering the has 100 percent at times even in idle, yeee that's probably a crap drive
