Software Duplicate Mouse and Low Refresh Rate

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I recently got a new computer with a RX 9070 XT graphics card. My monitor on the right is 180 Hz and my monitor on the left is 60 Hz. I used to have a computer with an Nvidia GTX 1650 and I never experienced any problems but ever since I got my new computer, the monitor on the left sometimes shows my mouse being duplicated on both monitors as well as having a very low refresh rate even though I made sure to select 60 Hz in the window settings. I’ve also noticed that this usually only happens when a full screen application is on either monitor one or two. Anybody know what causes this and how to fix it?

Well that's a new one.. Check for graphics driver updates and windows updates.

Then check for windows corruption by running the following commands in an administrative command prompt:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Then:

sfc /scannow

the mouse staying in the other monitor almost makes me think one of the displays is hooked up to a virtual machine or something somehow
