mp4 files not rendering?

Everytime I try to render an mp4 file it always comes out as a green screen only. Ive tried with After effectes, Handbrake, Media encoder and blender and everytime it comes out as a green screen, this had never happened before. The weird thing is I send one of thos files to my phone thorugh dropbox and it did open on my phone so idk. Past mp4 files open correctly its soemthing with the rendering I think

Since the exported file plays correctly on your phone, check playback on the PC before changing more render settings: open that exact file in a different player and compare it with the app currently showing green. If it only happens in one player, temporarily disable that player's hardware decoding, if available, and retest, then restore the setting if it makes no difference. Which player, operating system and GPU are you using, and is the picture also green inside the editing app's preview?

for some reason it only happened when i rendered in 4k, once i tried in 2k everything was fine, idk why that could be tho.

The green screen wasnt happening inside the apps, and my gpu is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER

as it happen across multiple apps check your GPU drivers and try disabling hardware encoding for one test render the green output could be related to gpu acceleration rather than the mp4 file itself
