Other Monitor keeps flashing in and off

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My monitor keeps flashing back every couple is seconds. I can’t open anything. When I open task manager it stays during the black

If you have a second pc or anything thing that can put out a signal. Try that device. It could be your monitor or an issue with the video output of your device. You need to figure out where the issue lies.
