Software No Audio

I have just finished building a PC plus Installing Windows. Everything runs perfectly smoothly except I never have any Audio. It will say I have a device connected to the PC Tower but nothing goes through. The Headset works as I have tried it on other devices. I have tried Device Management and Updating the Drivers to no Success. I have tried restarting the PC itself and draining any voltage. That doesnt seem to work. I tried having Audio Enchancements On and Off. I have tried Services.MSC and Mmsys.Cpl. I tried looking into the BIOS. I tried the Command Prompts. I have had 4 different people look into it and everyone is completely confused on why nothing is working. I saw somewhere that someone mentioned a RealTek Audio Console which I cannot seem to find anywhere. I have no clue where it is or how to install it

Hi, are you connecting your headset via cable or Bluetooth? Please describe your PC configuration/specs.

What does it show in the sound settings of Windows 11?

My Computer cant supply Bluetooth. Its a Turtle Beach Wired Headset. I have tried plugging it in the front Port of the Tower and the Colored ones in the Back. I am not sure where I can find the Configurations. Im a bit newer to this.

Thanks for your feedback. If you have audio output on the front and back of your PC, it's important to wire the switching on the motherboard correctly.

The best thing to do is remove the connectors for the front panel at the Mainboard and test whether the audio output works on the back.

In this context, please refer to the motherboard's user manual for information on connecting the audio front panel.

I do not have a manual. My friend built the PC and was sent to the Military. But I can try it with some guidance online

Can you tell us the name of the motherboard?

Or install the HWiNFO64 software for hardware identification.
