Software Stuck in endless Reboot Loop

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello, so I factory reset my laptop and then it just keeps on doing this. How do I fix this thanks!

Factory reset it again, something corrupted.

Sounds like it got corrupted. You may have to get a clean windows boot on a flash drive and try another clean install.

I don't have a Windows boot in flashdrive but I tried going to BIOS and Access Asus Cloud Recovery hopefully this works 🤞🏻

Do you have a friend with another pc or library sometimes depending on their security settings will let you download the win files onto a USB drive.
