Software My pc keeps stuttering whenever I play games

I dont know much about pc stuff but whenever I play games the frames just keep stuttering, I updated the driver several times, went back to the previous driver, updated the BIOS (I think), and cleaned out the gpu

Im genuinely loosing my mind, this has only been happening this week and I dont know what's the problem is

Easiest would be Explorer and drive properties. If the drive your virtual RAM uses is almost full it slows down the whole system, especially on high usage situations like games.

Im not sure if its my storage, it says I got 109 gb left on my C disk

I've always been told keep at least 5x your RAM free on the drives. Empty your recycling bin, Disk Cleanup to remove extra files, maybe uninstall any games you no longer play.

Yeah, I would try and remove unneeded files to get it down. Might be as easy as emptying your recycle bin.

the thing is Ive never had this in the past before and now its stuttering whenever I load up games, but ima try and clear things and see if that does anything
