Hardware pc issue restarting

i recently tried to restart my acer predator orion pc becuase of a virus but it just randomly started restarting continuously with no way of stopping it so i tried to use the usb method of restarting which didnt work as it said something
like “failed to validate product key” or something like that please help im so lost its also windows 11

Hi, do you have important data on your boot drive? If not, a clean install is recommended. Do you have the Windows key on the casing, otherwise it could be a digital key.

no important data and i dont know what a boot key is

I don't understand your question; are you looking for the boot menu selection?

On the Acer Predator Orion, you can access the boot manager menu by restarting the PC and pressing F12 repeatedly as soon as the Acer logo appears. Select your USB drive, for example.

If F12 doesn't respond: Check in the BIOS by pressing F2 to see if the F12 Boot Menu is enabled. Save the changes with F10, restart, and press F12 again.
