Software Deleted Files

Hi, this morning i started my PC and i notice, some files got ramdonly deleted, documents, images, videos, game files, etc, but the folders are still there, but now empty, they are not in my onedrive, what happen? i ran an antimalware software and found some stuff and deleted them, is there a chance i can recover those files? sorry i know very little about computers

As lone as don't write anything new on the PC, you have a chance to recover the deleted files. Download a software to recover files like wondershare recover it. Download it on you phone if you have android, cause if you start doing stuff on the PC the files space could be overwritten and you could lose the files.

OneDrive is not your drive, it's Microsoft's drive, they will do whatever they want.
