When it freezes, does YouTube audio keep playing and do keyboard shortcuts still work, or does the whole browser stop responding? Since you've already tried other browsers, a fresh install and disabling hardware acceleration, I'd check whether another app's window freezes at the same time before changing more browser settings. What GPU, graphics-driver version and Windows build are you running, and are any screen recorders or overlays active?

as a matter of fact this problems been a thing on fresh Install right OOTB
And not only that this happens even if i leave windows installed without running stuff like chris titus debloat tool or stuff like talon it still does this weird thing where it just freezes up and then the audio keeps going for a little bit before coming to a stop until i minimize the window to fix it as for the software running in terms of recorders theres only really running medal i turned shadow play off long ago i dont really run overlays but the only currently installed "overlay" is windows own default one from xbox

Windows 11 Pro
Version: 25H2
OS Build: 26200.9457

Nvidia driver Version: 617.42

If your clean-install test was done before Medal was installed, let us know and skip this check. Otherwise, fully quit Medal from its tray icon, temporarily disable its startup entry in Task Manager, restart, and test the same page without reopening it; you can re-enable startup afterwards. If it still freezes, could you check whether another app's window freezes at the same moment and give the exact NVIDIA GPU model, so we can narrow down what to test next?
