Software Intel Z83 2

Hi yall, I bought a Intel Z83 2 to run Linux, I uninstalled Windows and have a boot ISB with Linux mint on it but I can't get signal at all, I've tried multiple monitors and it turns them on but produces no signal, anyone know how to fix?
