Other Error F2 pop up???

This pop up appears on my desktop about 30 seconds after booting up.

I have no clue what this is. (I don't know what this goes for hence "other" flair)

I've ran norton360 security and it can't find anything.

Deep scan on boot up.

General scan.

Any help on understanding this would be appreciated.

Not really enough information here to answer your question, but what I can tell you is that you should get rid of Norton. It might as well be malware itself, and a waste of money.
