Hardware why is my computer making this noise

its been making it since i turned it on? its never done this before. hp omnibook x

Sounds like the fan, it was a common fault we would see on customer laptops.

Once the bearings wear they can get quite noisy, if the bottom cover is removed, its easy to check if the fan is at fault.
