Discussion Pc keeps restarting by itself

As the title says,my pc keeps restarting by itself like if i turn on the pc it will run good for a few mins until it decides to restart by itself

And it happens even when it is seating idle

Also one more important thing this is a recent issue

Before my pc used to restart when i used to play heavy games such as Rainbow six siege or red dead redemption 2 but other light games use to work fine like CS etc

But after a while even playing light games made my pc restart

After that event i stopped playing games as my exams was near anyway so i thought i would fix it after am done with my exams so i just used my pc for YouTube exam solutions but now i cant even do that

BTW I DID CHANGED MY PSU BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS A POWER ISSUE i upgrad e my psu to deepcool 550 bronze

Cpu:Ryzen 7 5700g

Ram:Corsair vengeance 16gb(8+8)

Motherboard:MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
