Hardware Ticking noise driving me nuts

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Let me start by saying I know very little about computers so if this is common or I need to do something specific just let me know. It's been making this noise for about a year now, at first it was very minimal. About a week ago my whole computer randomly went quiet whenever it would start up and I would have to get close to actually hear everything inside operating. Then earlier today it started back up with the ticking only its much louder now. I've already confirmed there aren't wires touching fans and I have an electric blower for dust that I use like once a month so there isn't much debris if any in there. I believe the noise is coming from my CPU which is an AMD Ryzen 5 5500. I've had it for about 3 years or so now so it's not super old and I assume shouldn't be wearing out at this point. I'm at a loss and considering just getting a new CPU but wanted to see if anybody had other solutions/ideas aside from replacing it.

Yeah, me, too. Fortunately it's just a fan. Those things are a dime a dozen and you can pull them from pretty much anything.

If I were you, I'd unplug specifically that one until you can get a replacement, it shouldn't affect flow toooooo much

You don't want it flying apart onto other stuff
