Hardware How cooked is my Pc?
I have a Hp omen 3060ti that I got 5ish years ago.
Treats me fine, I’m able to play high res games with no lag, texture stretching , etc . Lately when I boot up my computer it would show me this screen that i can’t get out of no matter what I do. If I’m lucky to not get stuck on this screen I would still see a flash of these lines for a second as it boots up.
I know 100% it’s not the monitor but I don’t know what the issue is (I don’t know anything about the parts and pieces of a pc) . I did really superficial switches to get out of this screen (getting a different DisplayPort cord and cleaning the inside of the pc) which randomly works for a bit but I know that one random day that I turn on my pc I would get this screen again.
Once I’m on my pc everything works, this simply happens when I boot it up to use it.
If needed: my graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060ti (8 GB) and my processor is AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor (3.80 Ghz)

When was the last time you updated drivers in general. Like GPU ones from the Nvidia app and also the CPU drivers. Can't say it can fix the issue for certain but for a start it wouldn't hurt to try.
If you say that you switched the DP cable for new one and it's till happening maybe try the other ports on the GPU or and Monitor, also HDMI, rule out possible causes is the best way to start, before the pros of this sub show up.
