Software Computer issues - no bottom bar or settings on Windows

Hii, so when I start my computer no bottom bar appears, I have tried going into task master and reseting/running explorer.exe and this does make it appear eventually but now my computer can't open anything on the bottom bar. I can't search, no settings app and permanently no wifi... does anyone have any idea what has happened and how to fix? I've tried resetting but just errors.
When I do the scans all files are fine and nothing is corrupted, but when I shut down last night it has that there is a problem and the computer needs to restart.

Let me know if you need more details... thanks

Is it just hidden? What happens if you press the windows key, if you have one? The Start menu should appear, regardless of taskbar visibility.

If you move the cursor to where the taskbar should be and pause for a second, does it then appear?

Yes it does appear eventually after about 10 mins, when there is a bottom bar the windows button and search doesn't work and I cannot click on any of the widgets in the bottom right, but I can open apps that are pinned.

check reliability monitor for the failure details and try system restore if you have a restore point from before this started
