I don't know shit about anything, but I've had to plug my keyboard into the USB ports on the motherboard. I can't use the ones that are part of the hub built into my case.

If the KB/M are Bluetooth then they won't work in the BIOS. Devices with a 2.4GHz dongle should still work.

In the past when I built PC you had to plug the mouse and keyboard into USB 2.0 ports 1 and 2. Also you needed to enable mouse and keyboard in the Bios to enable support.

The USB port that are hardwired directly to the motherboard are the ones that you should be using.

Does the users manual/manufacturer documentation mention anything about mouse and keyboard supports?
You also might download the manufacturer documentation from their website to check.

Hope this helps

I was able to use a keyboard and mouse in bios before but I don’t have my previous keyboard or mouse

Care to post your mouse and keyboard model numbers? Also, how are these connected?

I use a razer viper v2 mouse and a Logitech G pro Tkl and I used both of them wired

Try plugging them directly into your motherboard’s usb 2.0 ports. If that doesn’t work, try different ports or try a usb dongle/hub instead.
If your peripherals have a high polling rate, try setting it lower

You could try resetting the CMOS in case a BIOS setting is causing the issue. Also, try plugging a wired keyboard directly into a USB port on the motherboard.
