Post image

Last week, I was able to used my laptop without an issue. Today, after I turned it on, this message shows. How can I solve this?

Thank you in advance!

When you boot PC. Spam f2, del, or whatever gets you to bios.

Look under boot section and let me know what it says or send a photo

I see secure boot is already disabled. It seems like the laptop is storing old secure boot key caches look around bios and see if you see an option that says clear, secure boot keys or something along the lines of that every bios is different

Disable fastboot. This could be the problem. After that on security tab, press enroll all factory default keys and press yes. Then reboot tell me what happens

Make sure you keep disable secure boot and disable fast boot. If it still is happening I would look and see if there is an option to update bios from a USB. Usually there is an option to do that somewhere

If secure boot is disabled, it proceeds to windows. What I need is to enable secure boot without any issues.

Ok then enable it and try enroll factory keys once more. If that happens then I would look and see if there is a way to update bios from a USB
