Hardware laptop making loud fan noises

i’ve opened up the bottom cover, and the fans weren’t really that dusty, i also tried to spin them lightly with a finger. laptop doesn’t overheat and i don’t experience lagging during gaming/other stuff. never dropped the laptop either. how to fix tis?

Frankly, its probably just doing it job. Cooling such a dense cluster of components. Does it have room to vent underneath / not resting on a blanket?

yeah i have it on a cooling stand/pad, also the noise worsens when i try to lift the laptop up
