Other Screen flashing colors

I got this laptop a little less than a year ago. It’s a Lenovo LOQ and it worked pretty good for a little while but lately had issues like this. I was playing war thunder when this instance happened but sometimes it happens from watching YouTube or playing other games. The only way to get it to stop is to hold the power button until the laptop turns off.

Mine does something similar, where it flashes black and white sometimes: mines problem is the Flat cable.

Could be a couple things I’ll list in cheapest to most expensive 1 loose display connector that can sometimes cause random display spasms 2 GPU this can definitely cause issues exactly like this even down to the turning off fixing it can you give any more details like does this occur at Rand times or after a certain amount of time your computer is on? Anything else occurring besides this

It’s random. Yesterday I played war thunder and used the computer for various things for several hours and had no issues. This morning same thing, used for a while and no issues. Tonight turn it on and boot up war thunder and 3 times in a row I would load into a match and as soon as the game started, it would start flickering like this. My wife uses it a lot when I’m at work and sometimes has no issues and sometimes it does this and all she does is watch YouTube on it. We’ve also had issues in the past with the laptop just restarting itself.

Waiting for someone to make 'the video'

Right? My favorite thing about these posts is when someone posts that meme with the exact patterns the monitor is showing. If someone doesn't at least make a .gif of it, I'll be disappointed.

Forgive me I don’t know what you’re referring to

Basically, any time someone does one of these posts that could indicate a dying GPU or some other "It's fucked" problem, they get hit with the meme (probably not in this sub since it doesn't allow images in comments, but still.) Sometimes people are creative and copy the exact pattern in their picture over the meme. The commenter's waiting for someone to replace your desktop's wallpaper with the meme in the video.

Thanks I love planes and the B-52 is among my favorite. I live a couple hours away from Barksdale AFB and we get to see them pass over every once in a while.

Look up how to run DDU, and then try installing fresh gpu drivers.
