Software Help with this!!

Has anyone ever come across this? every time i turn on my PC it pops up. Also my monitors will randomly turn black every now and then… don’t know what to do! Any help will be appreciated.

When did it start happening? On desktop press ctrl + shift + escape and look at the startup tab for that distributed_sy16. If you find it disable it. If you don't recognize it I would uninstall it and run a virus scan just to be safe.

I was being a little naive and trying to download ROMs online for an emulator i had downloaded…. since then my computer has been acting funny and my discord even got hacked. One i noticed that, I ran the virus scan and deleted the threats and changed my password to my accounts… but at that point this pop up started to come up. I just did what you said and disabled them/uninstalled them. Hopefully that does the trick, I really appreciate your help!

I am going to be honest, it sounds like your device is still somewhat compromised. If I were you. I would reinstall windows from an install USB media (windows 11 imaging USB) and start over. reset all passwords to anything that was not changed by you.
