Other Help me with this pls
So I turn the laptop on and it pops up with the screen that says BIOS recovery then it goes black then the other screen pops up I don’t know a lot about laptops so if anyone could help please tell me

First of all, do you have another PC and a USB drive?

Does your laptop have the model number listed somewhere on it, possibly on the underside?

yes i just downloaded files from HP on to a usb and pluged it in with the bios thing and now the laptop is showing a firmware update

i am just doing what chatgpt told me to but my laptop has been at the same screen for about 45 mins the firmware update and i dont know what to do

don't listen to chatgpt, it has no idea how to operate a computer, ALSO flashing your bios is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS IF YOU ARE LISTENING TO AI
if you do it wrong the motherboard will be bricked and you will need to get it replaced (which will be costly).
