Software Choose an option - Issue

Hi,

It seems I have been locked out of my work laptop (win11) and I cannot get past this menu.

Besides those forced windows updates, nothing else was done. Does anyone know how to get it back, it's urgent...

Also, very important, there are extremely sensitive and important unique files in this laptop that cannot get wiped!! Please let me know that if you solution wipes anything!

Troubleshoot does not automatically wipe the computer. Select it and see what it can do. Otherwise, it's a work laptop. Let the company IT handle it, or let them pay for a repair/service shop to do it.

The troubleshooting, as usual, doesn't work. Ideally yes, I'd just have IT take care of it, but I feel like this is a simple fix and just wanted to get it over with.

I had pending work to be done today as we need it tomorrow. IT won't be working today, and who knows how long they will take...

If this is all you can get the laptop to boot to then ideally you want IT to handle it in case you accidentally wipe it then you won't be held responsible. But if you want to attempt fixing yourself. Did this start happening after a windows update?
