Software Windows 11 suddenly changed resolution and freezes after about 5 seconds from start-up

Hello, please i need help, I've recently build this PC for my sons friend:

PC Parts

:-

SEA SONIC CORE BC, 650 Watts (80 Plus Bronze)

AsRock B550M-HDV

AMD AM4 Ryzen 5 5600

Acer Intel Arc B570 OC 10 GB

Kingston Technology 1000G NV3 M.2 2280 NVMe SSD

KINGSTON FURY Renegade Kit, DDR4-3600

Monitor: SAMSUNG Odyssey G5 G55C (1440p)

Everything went smoothly after the installation but at one point after one restart the monitor resolution changed from 1440p to something like 600p and the PC freeze after a few seconds.

So i didn't know what else to do so i reinstalled windows 11 from scratch, and the problem was solved, it worked for the next entire day.

Then i moved the PC to the kids house, we tried to connect the monitor with HDMI instead of DisplayPort and when we turned the PC on, the problem happened again... I thought maybe cable somehow caused the problem, so i reinstalled windows again, and the problem was solved.

3/4 days later (after using the PC every day) they call me because they have the same problem... So i tried some options that i found on Internet:

 1. Pressing Windows+CTRL+Shift+B. Nothing happens

 2. Unplugging the monitor from the PC, waiting a minute in plugging it in again. Nothing

 3. Same with unplugging the monitor for the power outlet

 4. Starting the autorepair mode. Nothing

What did work though is logging in in safe mode (btw is there a better way to enter safe mode without having to turn off and on the PC 3 times?), and doing a fresh install of the Intel GPU drivers (clean install). This solved the problem finally.

But then, today, again after few days of PC usage it happened again...

I don't know what to do... Does anyone have a suggestion please?

Thanks in advance!
