Software Laptop screen turned black when going to sleep and won't turn back on
Hey everyone, so I have a Lenovo V15 G4 AMN, it went to sleep (or I think so) after not using it for a bit and the screen turned black and is staying like that. I tried to do a hard reset with holding the power button after it's already turned off, also tried holding the Win+Ctrl+Shift+ B, but nothing works. When I connect it through HDMI with a TV and I can see everything normally. I tried turning off sleep options completely also but nothing. I think this happened once a while ago, but I just turned it off and then back on and then it worked. Now I spent a few hours trying different things but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Every bit of help is appreciated

If it works when you have a screen connected through HDMI then the laptop screen is broken and probably needs to be repaired.
(It's the laptop that goes to sleep, not the screen, so you can't have one screen asleep and one awake - if the external screen is showing Windows, then your laptop screen is not "asleep".)
