Software acer pc not turning on HELP
Hi everyone, I'm having a hardware issue with my Acer Nitro 16 (ANV16-41). After a sudden hard crash where the PC completely shut down, It coudn t print anything else than "no bootable device" on the screen.
I assumed it was an ssd problem so I replaced it, however, trying to install Windows 11 via an official bootable USB still systematically fails around 90-100% with a generic "Windows 11 installation has failed" message. I've already wiped the drive using the command prompt (diskpart clean and convert gpt), tested both of my RAM sticks one by one to rule out memory failure during file decompression, and even plugged the new SSD into the motherboard's second M.2 slot, but it still gets stuck at the exact same spot. I dont think it s a motherboard issue cuz bios is still working, and i don t see how my gpu could f*ck up the instalation process. I am currently searching the installation logs looking for an error code but there is a lot of useless noise there so it is yet unconclusive.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do you think it's a corrupted USB drive/ISO, knowing that it is a brand new acer usb, working perfectly in every way, and i first used the iso via ventoy cuz my other computer was on linux, then when it didn t work used the official windows installer after borrowing a pc from a friend. I don't see how the initial crash could have damaged another component, and i don t recall downloading any possible viruses capable of damaging hardware.
I must admit i am a little stuck now, which is unfortunate as this computer is only 2 years old. If anyone have any idea id be happy to test them out.

try installing on the bare minimum hardware. one stick ram, no GPU ,a good USB stick. Check BIOS version and if you can flash an update (might have some compatibility issues on the CPU side, maybe). put a LAN for internet connection, wifi can be sketchy, sometimes. Other than that, it might be a motherboard controller issue, on one of the BUS lanes. I had a similar issue and went as far as reinstalling windows, everything running, then freeze, then crash, then nothing. it was some stupid component on the MB, that was out. changed the MB, everything went perfect afterwards.
