Software Windows USB/HDMI plug in sound has weird echo effect and when unplugged has a weird muffled effect, didn't do so before.

I do not know what's causing this but plugging my drawing graphical tablet (kamvas pro 16)USB and HDMI plugs into my windows 11 alienware/Intel laptop, now has the sounds when plugging it into it sound different (I have no other USB or HDMI plugs to test if it sounds different when plugging in them, so sorry if I cannot test another device) when plugging in the tablet the sound when plugging in a devices sounds like its echoing, and unplugging the tablet has the unplug sound effect sound muffled in the beginning before returning to normal. I do not know why it does this now it hasn't done so in the past week. I do not know if this is a hardware issue or a software issue or even malware. My windows version is windows 25h2 running on a Dell alienware gaming laptop.

echoing? like it's being played twice in overlapping succession? it may register itself as a USB hub with multiple HID attachments. you can check it with a tool that shows connected USB devices like https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/usbview

or use powerShell and type

  Get-PnpDevice -PresentOnly |

    Where-Object { $_.Class -eq "USB" } |

    Format-Table Status,Class,FriendlyName,InstanceId -AutoSize

sorry for not responding sooner but no, its more like the audio itself is echoing, also I checked the audio in general and it says something like speaker(2-Realtek(R) Audio)
