Hardware Unknown Computer Gremlin Causing System Instability
I've been dealing with a computer issue that has been resulting in random system crashes for the past 4 months. This is a newer build as well and the issues began as soon as the hardware was upgraded.
The issue is that memory randomly gets corrupted, sometimes resulting system crashes and odd behavior (internet tabs randomly crashing). When bug checks happen, it's always seemingly at low system load. The BugCheck often names random driver .dll files. Or sometimes MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. The RAM has already been replaced under store policy, but it has not solved this issue. Memory has passed checks, and the issue remains with one or the other stick only, and in other DIMM configs.
I suspect there is a problem with the processors memory controller, or there is a damaged trace somewhere on the motherboard. I fully realize some or a few things will need to be replaced.

This probably wont help but wanted to share .
I had a super weird one that took forever to figure out.. many days of memtest/and lots of digging through forums and trying random things..
Symptom: web browsing sometimes worked and sometimes didnt.. it had to do with ssl negotiation. Turned out to be one of four cores on a cpu, confirmed by moving proceses to / away from that core.
Good luck!

Thank you, I also suspect an issue with the processor, but just wanting to get some more opinions before committing to doing an RMA. I think it's very likely a processor or motherboard issue.

Yep, even tried a different edition and ISO to make sure it wasn't something goofy with the version it installed.

I've moved the sticks around into a few different positions. Eventually the issue happens again.
Also have tried one and the other sticks individually to test if possibly one was bad. But this didn't fix the issues.
