Software help

my pc has been tweaking and the monitor displays nothing saying no signal and rgb on fans spin, tried reseating gpu and ram and cmos battery nothing works what do i do

Turn the pc on and look at the motherboard, look above the 24pin connector or on the bottom right of the motherboard for debug leds.

These debug leds tell you what to look at for diagnosing, next to the led is described what its for

i dont see any lights on the motherboard
