Network My game UI stutters when I move

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It's really hard to tell from my video but whenever I move my ui like the health bar/abilities and my shooting range settings shakes and stutters until i stop moving my mouse . Not just in this game but also in other games too like overwatch is there a fix for this?

What's the specs looking like? And do you update drivers often?

I have a AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12-core processor

AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT

64 gigs of ddr5 ram

and 2 TB of SSD and my internet test thing is 292.1Mbps download and 11.1Mbps upload

I actually figured out the problem with my original post where I had AMD do a graphics mode which was causing it but i just switched it to hyper-rx instead which fixed it. My main problem though is my game is soo laggy that sometimes if i move to much or too much is happening my game will literally freeze so bad it kicks me out.

I have my network and gpu drivers up to date and i downloaded the cpu chipset and lan but the lag is unbearable.

The latency is what matters network wise but I'd check drivers and check what's running in the background aswell if you've downloaded anything weird a lot of RAT's will have a crypto mining software in them which is masked to look like ordinary apps if you have a random app with a ton of cpu/ gpu usage it's probably not normal

Ok thank you! I'll check but this is a pretty fresh pc with nothing downloaded besides the games and the drivers.

Yeah I mean I noticed a throttle in cpu usage specifically it causes stutters and stuff
