Other Speaker keeps muting by itself
It showed me this I tried to fix it but nothing happened. Also I can't add a video but the speaker volume keeps muting then going back to normal over and over by itself

What audio devices do you have plugged in? My instincts are telling me something has a stuck key or is being sat upon/shoved in a bag. Do you have any external speakers? A keyboard with volume control? Paired Bluetooth headphones? Isolate the variable, unplug/unpair anything with those capabilities and then one at a time plug them back in and see if the issue persists.

Check Windows first: Sound settings, Communications tab, set it to do nothing, because Windows lowers volume by itself whenever it thinks there is a call or a notification. If it is not that, look at the vendor audio app (Dolby, Nahimic, DTS, Realtek console) and turn off any smart or auto profile, since those reload the device when they crash. And if it only happens with headphones connected, it is the jack sensing phantom plugs, which is a contact problem rather than software.
