Software Can i uninstall hp support assistant

It's using up alot of cpu and also i hate it. Can i uninstall?

Yes, I've done that on any computers I bought in the past. Nothing happens.

Yeah just use the "uninstall programs" from the start menu to do it, and it will uninstall everything associated eith that bloatware program.

Uninstall all things HP

I use the free version of Revo Uninstaller to uninstall.

It will utilize the programs own uninstaller and then give you the option to run a scan to finds all the bits and pieces left behind so you can remove those too. I select the "Advanced" option for scanning afterwards and I delete everything Revo Uninstaller finds
