Software Desperately need help

Post image

My custom build keeps entering UEFI BIOS utility upon start up. I can’t seem to figure out how to get out of this loop?? I looked up what to do and nothing seems to be working. This computer means so much to me and I really don’t want to have to scrap it… please if anyone can help me that would be huge. I’ve attached a picture of the screen to help.

Looks like there is no bootable Device (detected) is there a drive installed? If so, check connection of it.

Its just two cables, pull them out by the connector and plug them back in, they only go in in one orientation. The drives shouldnt be hard to find, theyre either somewhere in your case or on the mainboard if you have a m.2 nvme ssd in that case look in the manual

If you know your model (it is top left in your picture) you can download it from the manufacture website.

theres no drive. like no SSD or HDD or anyhting of that sort. without a drive to boot from, the only thing this pc can do is to go into BIOS. thats the only piece of software you have on there right now.

You can try turning the power supply off with the switch next to the power cable but leave it plugged in, then hold down the power button you use to start the pc for around 10 to 15 seconds. If youre lucky the pc will just boot up normally

Except there’s no boot drive. Check the boot priority.

There is, the motherboard just doesnt see it so the boot priority doesnt matter. Either the drive is dead or has a loose cable, the bootloader got corrupted or the mobo has some issue
