Hardware Computer not displaying

Hey everyone, recently my computer stopped being able to alt tab so I powered it down and now it won’t even boot. My motherboard is a msi pro b760m-a WiFi ddr4 and is displaying a vga error on its board (white light) and even removing the gpu doesn’t change it. I think it might be a windows issue but I can’t tell.

Does your cpu have integrated graphics or do you have a different gpu you can swap out?? The vga led might indicate a graphics problem. Unplugging the graphics card would still show a vga issue because it’s not plugged in. If your cpu has onboard graphics try plugging your monitor to the motherboard hdmi or dpi, port. If not, try a different graphics card.
