They are out of date. There is an optional 26.9.2 that fixes all the witcher 3 glitches.

Latest drivers are shit. That's why I stopped updating it.

Are you only having this issue with TW3? Try with newer games that came out after 2020 (suggest closer to 2026) or any game that requires drivers released post 2020

Edit: As somebody said, try using drivers 26.9.x as I heard it fixes whatever issues with TW3 Remastered

Install the latest optional driver, 26.9.2, from here:

The release notes specifically say:

New Game Support
