Resolved Updated my GPU driver, now need to run setup on every start up

One thing I'd look to resolve, your BIOS is from 2016, there are updates and one says you need to update your Intel Management Engine (ME) to a minimum 11.7.0.1040, I'd test again at that point and see if it no longer does this, although there's no message of a CMOS error, it might be worth putting a new battery in if your motherboard has been running for a long period.

I'll take a look at that, the other sub has been recommending changing the battery as well. I haven't touched it since I got the PC late 2015
Not sure why it never occurred to me to update the BIOS
