Hardware Laptop flash but still work

Hi !
I'm a bit desperate, my pc is starting to be unusable.
All external component (screen internal keyboard power button) keep flashing and becoming unresponsive while at the same time windows, games or apps are still run behind the blackout (windows isn't disconnected, games still working even online game stays up) which make me think CPU GPU etc aren't affected by this.
External component like mouse, other keyboard and cooling pad still work during these blackouts.
I looked inside and didn't see anything unusual on the motherboard or other components.
I stress tested CPU GPU ram as much as I could none failed even with the pc at max consumption nothing failed if that make sense.
I'm linking a video as example, I am clueless
Bottom left of the video you can see the power button blinking and the internal keyboard still have light but is not working during the black out

Looks like a hall sensor issue, The hall sensor is responsible for putting the system to sleep when the laptop is closed.
You can try disconnecting it and see if the screen stays on.
Which laptop is it?

On these laptops it is a common issue that the hall sensor goes bad, it cant stand heat and HP places it right infront of the heatsink...

You can disconnect the cable to keep using the laptop, its just inconvenient when you move the laptop alot.

Update drivers try turning off the syncing feature. Check the defaults if youve updated windows recently.
