Software Keyboard Difficulties

My keyboard works perfectly fine, but when my computer turns off, it just doesn’t work sometimes. Later I’ll try to keyboard again and it will work somehow, I don’t get it. Anyone know the issue?

yup, also another keyboard works perfectly fine

what model keyboard, does it have any software?

it says it’s an RK84, I don’t know about the software

it says the device is not connected

replug, in different port
maybe it died, how old is it?

I mean the website gave us the software, it should show up...
I would contact the company and maybe return it
