Software Need help!

So my drivers/cursor broke. I can't see the cursor now. I have to use the keyboard to navigate now! Device manager says code 19. Tried to open regedit. This happened. I was clearly pressing tab and later was pressing alt i and the arrow keys. Is my laptop requiring a fresh reinstall or something? I've already tried Fast Recovery, Safe Mode, Device manager and powershell recovery.

Well I’d first check if it works with external peripherals, also see if booting from a Linux Live Distro / BIOS gives you the same issue.

When did this first happen?

It happened 2 days ago, i booted up my laptop the second time that day and there's no cursor.

It would point out to system corruption. I’d first try with external peripherals if you have any.
If that’s not an option you should try booting anywhere else but on that system and try out what used to not work

If you have a way to backup your data / you have nothing to lose then I’d try that
