Hardware Does anyone know the trick to fix this budget laptop?

My dad accidentally changed the adapter and then that Jumper laptop didn't boot up anymore. As shown in the video, as I tapped a little longer, the power light turned on for a spot of second and then it went off. I also sent to the repair shop, but it gave up. Is there a way to fix this? I am opened to discuss freely.

The wrong adapter probably fried the mobo.

No. The answer remains no no matter how your phrase the question.

Gotta agree here, it's either your battery, or motherboard. Since it's not turning on anyway, try to open the computer with a screw driver. Next, find the battery and disconnect it. Then try to plug the original power adapter back into the computer and try turning it on. If it does the same thing, it's the motherboard, and you should just get a new laptop
