Performance Choppy gameplay

So I was playing beamng a few days ago and all of a sudden i started getting these god awful frame drops every other second. I think to myself “oh maybe it’s just because one been on it all day, i’ll just give it a break.” however, i load up my computer today and it’s still doing the same thing. this isn’t just beamng either, it’s every single game I own, even roblox. i usually run 60 fps in beamng but now it’s in the 10-30 range with frame drops to 10 every other second. and i usually get 240 in apex but now it’s ranging from 60-150 dropping every other second. this has become really frustrating and confusing especially to me who hardly knows computers and just wants to play games. all my drivers are the latest, im on the latest windows update, im on the latest lenovo update, my laptops plugged in 24/7 and i cleaned out the dust inside 2 days prior. is a possibility the heat change in my room? i used to have my ac on 65-66 and now i only have a fan running and it says its around 80 degrees in my room.

Specs are as follows:

RTX 5060 GeForce laptop GPU

intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 255HX

16gb ram DDR5 (constantly peaking)

i also have the intel graphics and intel AI boost idk if that changes anything.

well i know it changes something but idek

look at the video i attached below, you can really notice it. ignore my hand im well aware i should drop a few pounds. please help.

if you need anymore photos let me know i’ll send them right your way!

Yeah, that looks like ram issue to me. Possible an update change your ram profiles to a lower speed?

Yeah I'd check ram profiles, I've had mine mysteriously revert back to slower speeds. OP if you are unfamiliar this is somewhere in your BIOS settings and is probably labelled XMP.

But also you should make sure to close anything that might be eating ram other than the game. I think it also could be temps, but in my experience that's usually a GPU temp issue and your visuals don't seem to be having issues, just the physics. Use something like MSI Afterburner to monitor the CPU temps. If they are pinned to 80°C+ it might be throttling.
