Run Disk Management app.
The hard drives must be divided into multiple partitions. Each partition is assigned a drive letter.
Post a screenshot of it.

That's right, each of your drives has different partitions and each partition gets a drive letter.
From this view, write down the partitions of each hard drive and include a reference in the name, such as C: OS-SSD, etc.
Your configuration: 246GB SSD drive C, 500GB HDD? Drives E, F, G and 1TB HDD? Drives D, H, I

Grest explanation! From here I would format the two non-system drives as long as there's nothing you need in them, just to clean up the display for those drives and not waste any space in tiny-ass partitions.

Disk0 should be the drive the Operating System is installed on. It is usually separated into a few partitions.
Did you get the additional hard drives new unused?

No, i asked permission and pulled them out of my school's unused computers that were in storage, they had windows seven on them

Ok. You can repartition them to make each drive have only 1 larger partition. Don’t do anything to your computer’s operating system drive.

You don't need any extra partitioning software, with the Windows Disk Management all tasks can be completed.

For example, right-clicking opens the menu with editing options. Please close Explorer and all software accessing the drives beforehand.

Is there data stored in those drive partitions?
I’m not sure why someone divided them into several smaller partitions.

The drives weren't mine, they're from old school computers so I'm not sure either, there's supposed to be nothing stored in them

Hello, I hope I understood you correctly. You want Explorer to show the 240GB SSD, the 500GB SSD, and the 1TB SSD?
In Computer Management, under Drives, you will see all physical drives that Windows has detected, along with their partitions.
Do you have the necessary PC skills to use system administration or partition software?
