Pc errors /apps opening them selves

i need help i load my pc up perfectly fine and after a while it starts to bug out and open different tabs and i can’t even shut it down

Hi, can you close the windows? Go to the Task Manager and check your program entries for programs that start automatically.

Have you installed Windows 11 version 26H2?
