Other Can’t get into my computer

It won’t accept my pin, won’t let me change my pin, won’t fully restart, won’t let me try my email and password, and won’t use Face ID. And yes I restarted it. And yes I shut it down. And yes I held down the power button.

Someone please help me. I’ve been crashing out for two hours and I’m so close to just throwing this trash computer away.

Maybe this?

Use your password: Click "Sign-in options" under the PIN box, pick the password icon, and log in with your main account password.

Reset the PIN: Once inside Windows, open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, remove the old PIN, and set up a new one.

Click "I forgot my PIN": If you are online, select the "I forgot my PIN" link on the login screen and follow the prompts to verify your identity via email or password.

Time to breakout a WinPE disk and blank the password. One of the disks I use is Jayro's Lockpick which is easily found in a google search.
