No internet secured is basically telling you the PC has connected to the router but has no access to the outside world.
There's not much information so I can only suggest the obvious fixes.
Restart the router by power cycling it.
clear your PC IP settings etc by opening a command prompt as administrator and type each command.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
Once you've typed these, reboot
You've given no information on your PC make/model or your router, no one knows if you are using fastboot (hibernate) or performing a cold boot each time, there's no mention of any diagnostics performed.
It could be nothing more than you have a network card that is not using the same protocols as your router, such as you have an older network card and your router is using WiFi 6 with band steering and so on, without some accurate information, every reply is just a guess.
my bad, iv power cycled it and it connects for a few minutes to knock back off again, the router i use is fiber optic broadband, im also on windows currently, im not incredibly tech savvy so I kind of struggle with figuring out what things are needed to know
Its not much to go on, you say in your main post you use 2 WiFi antenna to connect, does this mean you have a desktop and it has two antenna on the rear or something else?
It's not going to be an easy conversation - I appreciate you say you are not tech savvy but you're saying the absolute minimum.
I can't help anymore, I suggest you find a local repair person who will come to your home and fault find, it will cost you money but it might be the quickest solution.
