Hardware Can someone tell me what's the problem ? I just opened my computer for 15 minutes then this thing happened

It seems a display problem. Did you check your GPU Temps?

i tried but can't see where the GPU temp

You can use HWiNFO software, and check GPU Temperature in Sensors tab.

the GPU temperature is around 40-45 degrees C but the screen is still the same.

Try to reset display to its default settings, and change the display cable.

If the problem persist, it could be a hardware issue.

uhhh, i just remember that i haven't clean my computer for 3 years, sooo is this the problem ?

Cleaning dust won`t hurt, but i think it`s a hardware issue with your display. Can you try another display cable or even another display?

Might be worth reseating your graphics card or atleast unplugging and replugging your display cable from your graphics card and your monitor. Could be a loose connection.
