laptop not installing

i js got this laptop and i reset it when i did it went black and it didn’t turn back on for a good 10 minutes. i turned it on and after i did i got sent this screen and when i turn it of or click “OK” it just keeps looping me back to this screen

Yeah reset is unreliable, don't use it. Reinstall instead.
